1961New Jersey State Champion Basketball Players Tal graduates from Trenton Central High School in New Jersey as a member of the Undefeated State Championship Team. He is selected for the All-State Team of New Jersey and is approached by over forty Universities with scholarship offers. 1963

Tal plays for the U.S. Army & The Armed Forces Basketball Team Tal is chosen to represent the U.S. in the World Championships that are held in Yugoslavia (1970). 1995-96
Varsity "I" Award of the Year Tal Brody is honored the prestigious "I" Award as a former Top Team graduate of the University of Illinois for his many achievements and contributions to the Sport of Basketball worldwide.
